Robin Sokoloski

Robin Sokoloski is a retired Director of Mission Assurance with Northrop Grumman Corporation, where she enabled mission success for advanced systems and technologies.  She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from Penn State University.

Robin has previously served on the boards for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence (AME), Maryland World Class Consortia (MWCC), and as the board president for Chesapeake Arts Center.

She lives with her husband, Carl, in Ellicott City, MD, and enjoys spending time with her grown son and daughter. Robin is a published author of six fiction books, under pen name Maria DiFrancesco. Robin has also published a non-fiction book, The Zen of Leadership, under her own name.
