Join Chesapeake Arts Center (CAC) as we celebrate World Art Day at our 4th Annual Open House! This free, family-friendly event offers a day of creativity, culture, and community, with exciting hands-on activities, live performances, and engaging demonstrations throughout our studios and classrooms.
Visitors of all ages will have the chance to explore arts and cultures from around the world through interactive workshops such as Sumi Ink Daisy Paintings, and Ukrainian Embroidery. Experience captivating live performances, including a special showcase by The Performing Arts Center for African Cultures and a thrilling Yong Han Lion Dance demonstration, Artist talk & more!
In addition to the arts, enjoy door prizes, giveaways, and delicious food from Fun-O-Kake & Fried Chicken (available for purchase).Whether you're an artist, a performer, or just looking for a fun and inspiring way to spend the day, World Art Day at CAC is the perfect event for all ages!
