Ramocille Johnson
Ramocille Cooper Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in music from Morgan State University, where she trained in piano under the expertise of Elaine Kelly and in choral directing under the late Dr. Nathan Carter. She additionally holds a Master of Arts in leadership teaching degree from the College of Notre Dame. She received additional training at Loyola College of Maryland's Joseph Sellinger School of Business where she pursued an MBA and Morgan State University's school of engineering.
She is wife of Morris Johnson and the proud mother of Kelli Dimitria, an elementary school teacher in the Anne Arundel County School system and Morgan Alumnae, and Brandon Hamilton Johnson, CEO of Consider-It-Done Construction LLC and a graduate of Randolph Macon College.
She has served as Music Director in several churches in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Presently, she serves as the Music Director at New Covenant Worship Center. She is the director and founder of the Extensions of Faith Interdenominational Praise Choir, a multi-churched recording community choir that is celebrating its 30th year in service to the Lord.
She is a chartering life member of the North Arundel County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Inc., an executive board member of the North Arundel Cultural Preservation Society, and life member of the National Alumnae Association of Morgan State University where she serves as her chapter’s voting representative.
Her Philosophy of life is stated in Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path."
