Sponsorship Opportunities
As an Arts in the Park sponsor, your company will play a vital role in this impactful community event, gaining prominent visibility through various recognition opportunities. You will showcase your commitment to enhancing the quality of life in our community and position your company as a dedicated supporter of the arts, promoting creativity and connection throughout the region.
Not only will you receive recognition the day of the event, upper level sponsors will also receive benefits throughout the year!

Call for Vendors
Art and community vendors are an important part of CAC’s Arts in the Park. We are seeking unique vendors to make our 10th anniversary a blast!
Here’s what’s included:
• 10’x10’ space
• Artist or Business Name on our online Arts in the Park Artisan Marketplace with link to your website and/or social media and bio
• One post on CAC social media page before the festival
• Name in a social media post about the festival
Vendor Fees:
• CAC Instructor vendor - $45
• Nonprofit/Government/
Community Resource vendor - $50
• CAC Member vendor - $60
• Regular Artisan vendor - $70
Call for Food Trucks
The festival is FREE for Food Trucks to participate and we will limit the number of trucks to 4-5. We will only have one truck per type of food (i.e. one pizza truck, one snowball, etc.). Spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In addition to the space for your truck,
your participation includes:
• Business Name on our online Arts in the Park Artisan Marketplace with link to website and/or social media. Food Trucks must provide social media link and logo in order for CAC to promote their business.
• One post on the CAC social media page before the festival.
• Name in the social media post about the festival.
Prize Donations
Would you or your company be interested in donating a raffle/door prize for Arts in the Park? (Gift certificates, outings, tickets to an event, gift baskets…)
Your generous contribution would help make this event a success. In return, we would be happy to offer recognition of your support in our promotional materials, providing great exposure to our community.

$250 Raffle Prize Sponsor
• Company/name listed on sponsor posters, on event program distributed to over 1,000 attendees, on website listing.
$25 Door Prize Sponsor
• Company/name on website listing.
Call for Volunteers
Volunteers are needed from 9 am to 1 pm and 1 to 4 pm at the Arts in the Park festival! Help festival goers with hands-on art activities, greet attendees, and assist with clean-up. This is a great opportunity for high school students who need volunteer hours, community groups, or art-lovers who want to lend a hand!
