Arts in the Park Food Truck Application
Join us for the Chesapeake Arts Center’s 10th annual free family-friendly arts festival, Arts in the Park, on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10 am - 3 pm! The event is rain or shine. The festival will be held in front of CAC’s Hammonds Lane Theatre at 194 Hammonds Lane, Brooklyn Park, MD 21225.
This event is free and open to the general public. Traditionally this event, which includes both fun family activities, door prizes, and live entertainment, has attracted more than 1000 attendees of all ages.
Participating food trucks must arrive by 9 am for set- up. Everything must be set up by 9:30 am. The space will be closed for food trucks to enter at 9:30 am, and we open to the public at 10 am. The festival ends at 3 pm and vendors must leave the premises by 5 pm.
The festival is FREE for Food Trucks to participate and we will limit the number of trucks to 4-5. We will only have one truck per type of food (i.e. one pizza truck, one snowball, etc.). Spots will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. In addition to the space for your truck, your participation includes:
Business Name on our online Arts in the Park Marketplace with link to website and/or social media. Food Trucks must provide social media link and logo in order for CAC to promote their business.
One post on the CAC social media page before the festival.
Name in the social media post about the festival.
Please note: In the event that you cancel within 2 weeks of the festival (after September 21, 2024), you will be charged a $150 marketing & cancellation fee.
