I'm a licensed therapist with an art therapy education. My favorite part of being a therapist is to witness the client’s process whether it be art-making or talk therapy. I value process over product, simply meaning that being present in the moment is the work, not the finished art product or “homework”. I enjoy helping others express themselves through art and I love to use art as a way to explore, learn and heal.
