Brenda Fraley Garver, Secretary

Brenda Fraley Garver is a native of Brooklyn Park. She graduating from Brooklyn Park High School.  Studied business and art at Anne Arundel Community College.  She has been self-employed for over 30 years with Permit Services Inc. and The Fraley Group Corporation, a minority firm specializing in construction management as well as expediting permits in the surrounding counties of Maryland as well as opening a Delaware division in 2004.  She has been very involved in her community serving over 10 years in the Pasadena Business Association in many capacities as well as President.  She served on the Fort Smallwood Park/Harry & Jeanette Weinberg master plan committee. She is a recipient of the TWIN award from YWCA of Annapolis and Anne Arundel.  She has served on the board of Chesapeake Arts Center since 2012.  She is married with two daughters and 3 grandchildren. She is an artist herself with pencil and watercolors as her medium.
