Belinda Fraley Huesman


Belinda Fraley Huesman was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Maryland.  She is an inspirational singer/songwriter as well as the author of a children’s book.  Belinda joined the Chesapeake Arts Center as Executive Director/CEO in the fall of 2012 after serving on the board of directors for four years. She is well respected in the local business community and is passionately dedicated to bringing the arts to the Anne Arundel County community.  She is President of The Fraley Group Corporation, an MBE/DBE/SBE firm certified with the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland.  Belinda Fraley Huesman and her sister Brenda Fraley Garver are credited with the passing of a 2010 bill, Loretta's Law, (Maryland Uniform Power of Attorney Act)  to protect vulnerable adults across Maryland.  Belinda is happily married with a blended family of 6 children and 12 grandchildren.
